Refund Policy

At VS Nails, each set of nails is handmade, custom-sized, and carefully crafted just for you. Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we do care deeply about your satisfaction and are happy to help if something goes wrong.

Custom Products – No Returns

All VS Nails sets are custom-made and considered personal hygiene items, which means they are not eligible for return under EU law. For this reason:

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons like change of mind, incorrect sizing submitted by the customer, or personal preferences.

We strongly encourage you to follow our nail sizing instructions carefully before placing your order.

 

Refunds or Replacements – When We Accept Them

We will issue a refund or send a replacement only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item or design sent (our mistake).

  2. Product arrives damaged in transit.

  3. Significant production error that affects usability.

 

How to Request a Refund

If your order qualifies under the reasons above:

  1. Email us at vsgelnails@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • A short explanation of the issue

We will review and respond within 2–4 business days. If your request is approved, you may receive a full or partial refund, store credit, or a replacement set, depending on the case.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer

  • Dislike of color, shape, or design if it matches the order

  • Wear and tear, misuse, or improper application/removal

  • Delays caused by postal services
