Products

• All products are handmade to order.

• Variations in design may occur due to the artistic, custom nature of the items.

• Clients may choose from past designs or submit their own references/moodboards for custom sets.

 

Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• Payment is accepted via secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, iDEAL, Stripe).

• Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

 

Sizing Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for measuring their nail sizes correctly using the provided sizing chart and instructions.

• VS Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing submitted by the customer.

 

Shipping

• We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU).

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

• VS Nails is not liable for delays or lost items once dispatched. If an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and customisation, returns are not accepted.
Refunds are only provided if:

• The product arrives damaged (with proof within 48 hours of delivery).

• We made an error with your order (e.g., wrong design or size sent).

Contact us via email if you believe you are eligible for a refund.

 

Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, copy, or exploit any content or designs without permission.

• Use the website for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and images on this site are the property of VS Nails unless otherwise stated. They may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

 

Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Your information is secure and never sold to third parties.

 

Liability

VS Nails is not responsible for:

• Allergic reactions or misuse of products.

• Damage due to improper application, removal, or storage. 

• Variances in colour or finish due to monitor/screen differences.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
